Sexual Reassignment Gender Confirmation Evaluations

Our group of licensed mental health providers is passionate about working with and advocating for transgender and gender non-conforming individuals. We offer sexual reassignment gender confirmation evaluations and corresponding pre-surgical letters for all SRS/GCS procedures including but not limited to:

  • Facial Feminization
  • “Bottom surgeries”: Penectomy, orchiectomy, vaginoplasty, metoidioplasty, phalloplasty
  • “Top surgeries”: Mastectomy for the purposes of masculinization, breast augmentation
  • Tracheal Shave

Prior to a scheduled sexual reassignment gender confirmation evaluation, you will have a brief phone call with one of our therapists to confirm this evaluation is right for you.

While it is our goal to assist you on your journey and we don’t think of ourselves as “gatekeepers,” on occasion, we encounter someone who isn’t ready for these procedures from a mental health perspective. This is one of the reasons we do a brief screening before the evaluation. However, in the event you complete the evaluation and your licensed therapist has concerns you aren’t ready for your chosen procedure, they will make specific suggestions about your mental health care.
