In order to determine what a weight loss procedure evaluation cost(s) might be, we begin by having you meet (by video) with our licensed therapist for an intake session.

During this time, they will determine what specific evaluation needs to be conducted. After this intake session, we will contact you with the total cost for your evaluation.
